10, review the transformer room, and transformer for legacy tools, leave the scene.
11, connected to low voltage side circuit breaker in the power of insurance operation, to hang "stop closing tag" brand, to prevent the sending to the transformer.
12, disconnect the high side grounding switch, review again on the low voltage side of transformer field and hold the line, right, after close the transformer high voltage side circuit breaker, let removed high voltage side of transformer test mark card.
